Contact Information:The Technology Administration Directions:The Technology Administration and the Office of Technology Policy are located in the main building of the U.S. Department of Commerce at 1401 Constitution Avenue, N.W. in Washington, D.C., United States of America. The Commerce Department occupies a full city block bounded by Constitution and Pennsylvania Avenues and Fourteenth and Fifteenth Streets. The main visitor's entrance to the Department is in the middle of the block on the Fourteenth Street side. A photo i.d., security screening and escort by Commerce Department staff are required for clearance and access to the building. The Department is located approximately 1 block from the White House, 2 miles from Capitol Hill, and 10 miles from Ronald Reagan National Airport. Driving Directions (link to Mapquest) The Commerce Department is a five-minute walk from the Federal Triangle Metro Rail stop (Blue/Orange Line). Parking and a Food Court are available in the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center, which faces the Department on Fourteenth Street.
