Technology Administration
OFFICE OF CONGRESSIONAL AFFAIRS

The Office of Congressional Affairs (OCA) is a liaison between the United States Congress and the Technology Administration and serves as the focal point for interactions between the Congress and TA. OCA provides executive leadership, direction and coordination of all communications and relationships, both legislative and non-legislative as well as advises the Under Secretary of Technology and other TA Program Directors regarding activities with the Congress.
