and Technology Policy Infrastructure Guidelines and Reference," which
it compiled. The document is a resource for those in the international community
interested in developing their science and technology (S&T) policy infrastructure
and also for those seeking to expedite growth of an entrepreneurial S&T
business community. This document focuses on five essential S&T topics
(Intellectual Property, Information Technology, U.S. Technology Transfer Laws,
Incubators, and Standards & Measurements) and also provides extensive S&T

companies, as well as nongovernmental organizations in North America, the Middle
