Electronic Commerce

19. We noted the rapid expansion of Internet usage and electronic commerce in our Hemisphere. In order to increase and broaden the benefits to be derived from the electronic marketplace, we welcome the offer of Caricom to lead a joint government-private sector committee of experts that will make recommendations to us at our next meeting.
